Blessed.

So... 6 months ago my car stopped working and I've been borrowing work vans and friends cars while we saved up (thus not having to take on debt).

Today, this 2004 Chevy Colorado LS was donated to @thereliefbus with low miles, brand new brakes and tires, and a fresh oil change. @thereliefbus has chosen to pass this vehicle on to me, free of charge.

I am overwhelmed with thanks to God for this amazing blessing. Thank you to everyone for the prayers and to those of you that let me use your vehicles for the past 6 months.

They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor. (Isaiah 61:3 NIV)

Kevin. (Update)

I received an awesome call from a guy I was able to help in December!

December 2014's Post:

This is Kevin, we were able to purchase him a bus ticket to move to Virginia where he has a job and apartment lined up. He called me overjoyed after he made it saying that he was able to actually spend Christmas with his daughters and ex-wife that live there. And more importantly so it was the first time in a long time, that he was able to keep his word with his daughters.

May 2015:

Kevin called this afternoon to let me know that everything is going amazing still and to thank me for everything we did for him! He still has his job, he now has his own apartment, and his relationship with his daughter is better than ever!!!

This overjoyed me to hear, so I wanted to pass it along to you all - My team!
Because of your generosity and love I had the funds to be able to put Kevin on a Greyhound bus to Virginia.
It was the hope he needed!

Thank you!!!
